5.1. whatsapp_business_messaging
Used to send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of the connected business, upload and retrieve media associated with those messages, manage the business profile of the registered number, and register that number with Meta.
Data processed under this permission: conversation content, attachments, sender and recipient identifiers, and delivery and read statuses.
5.2. whatsapp_business_management
Used to register and manage client businesses' WhatsApp Business Accounts, their business phone numbers, message templates, QR codes and webhook subscriptions.
Data processed under this permission: configuration data for the business account and its assets. This permission does not access end-user conversation content.
5.3. Supporting permissions
The application additionally uses public_profile and business_management solely to identify the administrator authorizing the connection and to link the corresponding business assets during onboarding.

8. Automation and artificial intelligence
Depending on the service configuration, some inquiries may be processed using automation tools or artificial intelligence systems.
Scope and limits. The automation and artificial intelligence systems used by WebExperto WexHub operate exclusively within the customer service context of the connected business and over that business's own commercial information. The application does not offer or distribute general-purpose artificial intelligence assistants, and does not allow end users to ask about topics unrelated to their commercial relationship with the recipient business. The automated assistance function is ancillary to the customer service offering and is not the principal product presented to the person messaging.
These systems may use conversation content to:
- Interpret an inquiry.
- Identify user intent.
- Look up relevant information within the connected business's scope.
- Generate a reply.
- Classify a request.
- Recommend the connected business's products or services.
- Request information needed to continue a transaction.
- Detect when human intervention is appropriate.
- Prepare a summary for a human operator.
Conversation content is not used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models, nor shared with model providers for that purpose.
Automated replies may contain errors, omissions or incorrect interpretations. Where the nature of the inquiry requires it, the conversation may be transferred to a human operator.
Users may request human assistance at any time. Availability and response time depend on the service hours and conditions of the business they are contacting.
Automated systems should not be considered a source of legal, medical, financial or specialized professional advice.
9. Sensitive data

Some technology providers may operate infrastructure or store information outside Argentina.
Where international transfers occur, WebExperto takes reasonable measures to ensure the information is handled with adequate levels of security, confidentiality and protection. The processing location may depend on the provider, the contracted service and the configuration used.

People may request deletion of data processed through WebExperto WexHub by emailing soporte@web-experto.com.ar with the subject line:
Data deletion request – WebExperto WexHub
Full instructions are available on the WexHub User Data Deletion page.
Revoking permissions or removing the application from a Meta account may prevent future access, but does not necessarily automatically delete information already stored by WebExperto or by the relevant business.
17. Third-party services
WebExperto WexHub relies on services provided by third parties, including Meta and WhatsApp services.
These third parties may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service. WebExperto does not control the processing that Meta or other providers carry out within their own platforms.
